ORDERING

When you are ready to place your order, simply add your items to your shopping bag and follow these steps:


Step 1: Shipping

Enter your shipping address. Please make sure to include unit numbers or company names for large buildings. Complete all fields noted with an asterisk. You have the option of including a gift message on this page, your gift message will be printed on the receipt and pricing information will not be shown. Select a shipping method and continue.

Step 2: Billing

If your billing address is different from your shipping address, enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Enter your payment method and continue.

Step 3: Place Order

Please review your information before submitting your order. After submitting your order, you will come to a order confirmation page. You will be assigned an order reference number on this page. We recommend printing this page for your records.

ORDER & SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION 

You will receive an order confirmation email soon after placing your order which will include your order number and order details. Then, you will receive a second email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is required upfront, as indicated on your Order form. Please check the details of your Order form or Order page for the information specific to your order. You agree to pay the amount agreed (including an additional fees on the Order form or Order page) and not to cancel this transaction with your bank or credit card company. J Gorman Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any overdraft charges, over limit charges, or NSF fees charged by your bank or credit card company.

CANCELLING ORDERS

Please Contact Us immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order. In this case, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

JGormanFineJewelry.com Return Policy

If you received your JGormanFineJewelry.com order and aren't totally in love with it, you are welcome to return it to our headquarters within 14 days of the ship date for a refund less shipping, to the original method of payment. The merchandise must be unworn, and original packaging and invoice must be included. We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. This may take 2-3 business days for the refund to post depending on the card issuing bank. If returning for merchandise credit, a jgormanfinejewelry.com store credit code will be emailed to you in the amount of the items received. Please include the original packing slip, the order reference number and your email address to receive a store credit code. If you do not have this information, we're happy to help! You can email J. Gorman Fine Jewelry at orders@jgormanfinejewelry.com. Please have the gift giver’s full name or email address to search for order information.

Exclusions: Custom orders and designs are not eligible for return. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund. J. Gorman Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

J. Gorman Fine Jewelry will gladly accept returns and exchanges* within 14 days of your purchase as long as the items are unused and returned with original packaging and original receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds can take 2-3 business days to process and post to the card issuing bank. If you paid with a gift card or returning an item with a gift receipt, a merchandise credit in the amount of the refund will be issued which can be used in a J. Gorman Fine Jewelry store or JGormanfinejewelry.com.

Return instructions

J. Gorman Fine Jewelry does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return any order through the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return. You can send items back to us at the address below:

To Return To Store:

To return merchandise purchased from JGormanFineJewelry.com to our store, please bring the packing slip included with your order and a photo ID within 14 days of the ship date. Please be aware refunds must be issued to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Refunds can take 2-3 business days to process and post to the card issuing bank. Items are also eligible for store credit or exchange.

Gift Returns

If you received a gift purchased from our website, you may return it to our headquarters. A JGormanFineJewelry.com store credit code will be emailed to you in the amount of the items. 

You must include the original packing slip, the order reference number and your email address to receive a store credit code. If you do not have this information we're happy to help! You can email us at orders@jgormanfinejewelry.com , we'll need the gift givers full name or email address to search for the order information.

JEWELRY REPAIRS 

Please contact our Team at orders@jgormanfinejewelry.com or stop by our store located at 170 S. Main Street, Lakeport, CA 95453 if you need to discuss repairs on an item of jewelry. J. Gorman Fine Jewelry does not repair or replace jewels on Irish linen, silk thread, nylon cord, leather or hemp. Limited edition items not eligible for repair as they are one of a kind.


 

RESIZING

All jewelry custom designed by J. Gorman Fine Jewelry is eligible for 1 complimentary resizing. For jewelry purchased online or in store, you may incur re-sizing fees.
